Cost Effective
High Quality & Minimal Impact
Low Risk & Environmentally Responsible
At Infrastructure Renewal Services, apart from offering traditional open trench solutions, we also deliver safe, less-invasive trenchless pipeline solutions for water and gas authorities, local councils, government departments, homeowners and many more industries.
Our objective is to reduce our impact on your site. We minimise the construction footprint with localised launch and receive pits, as opposed to the traditional open trenching of the entire pipeline.
Infrastructure Renewal Services also focuses on reducing the impacts and interruption to roadways, resulting in less community impacts and restoration costs.
Sustainable solutions are also one of our priorities. Our aim is to minimise the impact on the community and the environment. Put simply, less excavation results in reduced emissions.
A reduced construction footprint means a neat and tidy site. At Infrastructure Renewal Services, we ensure the project runs smoothly so there’s no rework.
Infrastructure Renewal Services delivers the work on time and within program. Your project is completed without incident and adheres to your timeline and allocated budget.
We offer a selection of construction and rehabilitation methodologies all delivered within appropriate standards and specifications. Our works are carried out with no or reduced community impact and no community complaints, so you continue to have an incident-free site.
Call us so we can understand what service and technology will address your problem, including the receipt of further detailed methodologies and technical information to assist in your decision making.
Once we’re on site, we’re able to get a clear idea of the project. We’ll talk through the options of our services and what they mean for your site.
Delivering the best outcome for your project in respect of cost, minimised construction footprint, environmentally sound, no community complaints and a safe, injury-free worksite.

At Infrastructure Renewal Services we offer a diverse range of pipeline construction and rehabilitation solutions suited to both pressure and non-pressure applications including but not limited to potable water, wastewater and stormwater. Our current services include the following.
We provide traditional open trench methodologies, which are widely used across the world for pipeline construction, replacement or repair.
Pipe bursting or pipe cracking is a well-known and established trenchless method of replacing deteriorated buried pipelines with a new pipe. Unlike traditional open trench methods, pipebursting does not require long trenches. To use this method, we employ small launch and receive pits, which results in reduced costs associated with excavation and restoration.
Sliplining is one of the oldest and most common methods for trenchless rehabilitation of existing pipelines, which is achieved by installing a smaller pipe into the existing larger deteriorated pipeline.
Structural pipe lining can be provided in the form of a number of methods including cured in place pipe (CIPP) or a close fit high-density polyethylene (HDPE) lining. Structural pipe lining involves the installation of a new liner within an existing deteriorated pipeline.
We use patch lining, which is the localised repair of gravity pipeline defects such as cracks, fractures, fragmentations, leaks, displaced joints, corrosion, root infestation or voids, for wastewater and stormwater applications.
Infrastructure Renewal Services offer civil repair and maintenance to pipelines and relevant pipeline structures including but not limited to localised dig and repairs, junction installations, joint sealing, pipe grouting / decommissioning, pipe cleaning / jetting, CCTV inspections and reporting, maintenance hole / pit construction and/or refurbishment.
Infrastructure Renewal Services can offer varying options rather than traditional dig and replace methods. A quicker and cleaner approach may lead to a trenchless sewer repair, resulting in new pipework being installed in the same alignment as the existing pipework whilst also eliminating the need to remove trees, driveways and the like.
We also offer a wide range of general civil works, including civil contracting, earthmoving, pit and shaft excavation, detailed excavation, installation and removal of trench shoring, pipeline trenches, pipeline installation, backfill and compaction, construction and/or remediation of maintenance holes and pits.
